A great white shark was found stranded on the beach in Chatham Monday. The 7 foot shark was found on a sandbar at low tide after it was said to have chased seagulls onto it. The beachgoers got buckets and were trying keep it wet so it could continue to stay alive. The shark was tagged by the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy and the harbormaster helped get it back in the water, where they followed it out to sea to make sure it was OK.
