Left Coast Kitchen is Worth the Trip to the Left County

Sweet Potato tater tots, mimosas, and pancakes – just a typical breakfast at Left Coast Kitchen. Whoever said breakfast is the most important meal of the day clearly has made a habit of having it at Left Coast Kitchen.

Left Coast Kitchen opened its doors in Merrick in 2011 and has been a staple to the Long Island restaurant scene since. With inventive menu options – each ingredient has been specifically, thoughtfully picked to enhance a dish – you'll never experience fare like this anywhere else on the Island. This is why at Left Coast Kitchen they request that you make no substitutions (unless of course you have allergies) to their perfectly thought-out dishes. They ensure deliciousness in every bite, and man do they deliver.

From 6-egg-omelets, to delectable maple mesquite sweet potato tater tots, topped with pulled pork and eggs, to the 20 different pancake options, every combination has been thought of for you here. Its cozy, amiable atmosphere adds to its charm, as the open kitchen and detailed tin roof adds to its character. Parking here can be a bit of a doozy, a tight small parking lot behind the restaurant accommodating just a handful of cars. Find parking along Merrick Rd and hoof it, it's well worth the walk.

Left Coast Kitchen is located at 1810 Merrick Rd, Merrick. Breakfast available Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-2pm, Lunch Wednesday-Thursday & Dinner Monday-Sunday
