If you are on the hunt for Easter eggs on the East End of Long Island, then you have come to the right place. Below, we round up some great family egg hunts this weekend.
Quogue Wildlife Refuge
The Quogue Wildlife Refuge, located at 3 Old Country Road in Quogue, will hold Easter Egg hunts on Saturday, April 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. and on Sunday, April 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The popular hunts will also feature a bunny craft. The cost is $10 per child and pre-registration is required.
Poxabogue Park
STPS will hold its annual, free Easter Egg hunt on Sunday, April 5 at 1:00 p.m. at Poxabogue Park, located south of the railroad trestle on Old Farm Road in Bridgehampton. Children 8 and under are invited to participate. Children should also bring a basket to put all their found eggs in.
Long Island Aquarium
The Long Island Aquarium, located at 431 East Main Street in Riverhead, is holding an egg hunt and brunch on Sunday, April 4, starting at 10:00 a.m. The event will also feature a take-home holiday craft. Pre-registration is required. Cost: $39.95 adults and $21.95 for children.
